This information is stored on your behalf as a data processor.

Call recordings and transcripts: With appropriate notice to callers, we may generate transcripts of calls handled by the AI agent for scheduling and quality purposes.

Usage information: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including log data, device information, and usage patterns.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Send automated SMS and email notifications to you and your customers on your behalf
• Create and manage appointment records in your account
• Authenticate users and maintain account security

The Service sends automated SMS messages on behalf of businesses using our platform. These messages include:

• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Supabase (database), Retell AI (voice agent), and Cal.com (scheduling). These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
• Business operators: Information collected from your callers is accessible to you as the business account holder.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to a successor entity.

We retain account information and job records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@quick-cal.com. Caller records submitted through the voice agent are retained per your account settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
